Our industry is loaded with issues.  From the fact that we haven’t increased our prices to keep up with inflation to poor goal setting and ineffective marketing, we have plenty of room to improve.

I wrap up the show with a list of fitness marketing strategies that are working in our health clubs right now.  Typically this section of the show will highlight one specific strategy, but for the first episode (especially since we’re heading into the new year), I wanted to discuss some of the things that we’re going to be utilizing next month.
